1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you use specific features, you may provide information, such as when you contact us through the in-app feedback function, you may leave your contact information (such as email address).

Important Notice: About Your Crypto Asset Security

BeeRich is a non-custodial Web3 wallet. This means we will never collect, store, transmit, or access your Private Keys, Mnemonic Phrases, or passwords in any form. You have absolute and sole control and responsibility over your private keys and crypto assets. Please be sure to backup and store your mnemonic phrases and private keys in a secure environment, and never share them with anyone (including us).

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

Device & Network Information: We collect your device model, operating system version, IP address, network type, unique device identifiers (such as Android ID), app version number, and crash logs. This information is crucial for ensuring your account security, diagnosing app issues, and optimizing our service performance.

App Usage Information: We collect data about your interactions with the app, such as features you access, buttons you click, task completion status (without specific content), and time spent in the app. This helps us analyze user preferences to improve product design and user experience.

Public Blockchain Data: Our app interacts with public blockchain networks. We read and process publicly available on-chain data, such as your wallet addresses, token balances, and transaction history. This information is an inherent part of the blockchain and is public and transparent. We collect this information to clearly display your assets and transaction activities within the app.

1.3 Information We Access with Your Permission

To realize the full functionality of the app, we may request you to grant the following device permissions when you use specific services. You can choose not to grant them, but this may prevent you from using related features. All permissions are only used when you actively trigger the corresponding functions, and you can revoke authorization at any time in your device's system settings.

Camera (CAMERA):

Used for scanning QR codes (for example, for wallet address transfers or logging into DApps via WalletConnect) and video chatting in instant messaging (IM). We only access the camera when you actively enable scanning or video features.

Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO, MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS):

Used for sending voice messages and conducting voice/video chats in instant messaging (IM). We will not record any audio without your knowledge.

Storage (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO):

Write Permission (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Used to save images to your device's photo album, such as saving chat images, your payment QR codes, or transaction proof screenshots.

Read Permission (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO): Used to let you select avatars from your photo album in personal information maintenance, or send images or videos from your device in instant messaging (IM). We only access files you actively select and do not scan your entire photo album.

Note: For Android 13 and above users, we use the more privacy-protective READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and READ_MEDIA_VIDEO permissions to ensure the app can only access image and video files.

Phone State (READ_PHONE_STATE):

This permission is used to identify your device's unique identifier to ensure your account security and handle system call interruptions during audio/video calls to avoid conflicts between app calls and phone calls. We do not access or collect your call records or phone numbers.

Other Permissions:

VIBRATE: Used to provide vibration alerts when receiving new messages or notifications, enhancing user experience.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE, WAKE_LOCK, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Used to ensure the app can stably receive instant messages and important notifications in the background or after device restart, improving message delivery rates.

SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: Used to implement timed reminders and other functions that require precise timing execution, ensuring notification punctuality.

2. Why and How We Use Your Information

We strictly comply with laws and regulations and our agreements with users, using collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide and Maintain Services: Ensure the normal operation of core app functions (such as wallet management, asset display, IM chat, task system).
• Security Protection: Protect your account and our platform from fraud, abuse, hacking, and other security risks.
• Service Improvement and Optimization: Understand user behavior through usage data analysis, optimize app performance, develop new features, and enhance overall user experience.
• User Support: Respond to your inquiries, requests, and feedback, and efficiently resolve issues you encounter during use.
• Legal Compliance: Comply with applicable laws and regulations and regulatory requirements, as well as Google Play's developer policies.
• Communication and Notifications: Send you important service notifications, security alerts, or messages that may interest you.

3. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Information

We are committed to keeping your information confidential, but will share it with third parties in the following circumstances:

• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share necessary information with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud infrastructure providers, data analytics service providers) who help us operate and analyze our services. We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with these service providers, requiring them to process your information according to our instructions, the provisions of this policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
• Legal Requirements: When laws and regulations, court orders, litigation, or government authorities make mandatory requests, we may disclose your information in accordance with the law.
• Protecting Legitimate Interests: When necessary within the scope permitted by laws and regulations to protect the rights, property, or safety of BeeRich, our users, or the public from harm.

Please understand that despite our best efforts to protect your data, due to technical limitations and possible various malicious means, no network transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.
